Young Adulthood
The transition from adolescence to adulthood can be exciting and stressful at the same time. It can be overwhelming to navigate through new responsibilities such as attending university, meeting new people, applying for a job, managing your finances or even finding a place to live. It's normal for your mental health to suffer and to feel stressed, anxious and depressed. Sometimes these changes can be difficult and guidance to navigate through these changes can ease the transition. In our work together we can explore new meanings, find new strengths and coping skills to manage stress and life changes.
